Re: 2011 Minneapolis Auto Show (HUGE PIXORS!)
I'm really dissapointed in 2 things.
1. The Honda CR-V looks kinda sweet, minus the wing.
2. That blue subaru looks like dump.

I think the new STi is the best looking car to come out from Subaru in the past 10 years, I'm actually thinking about selling the Evo still and getting one But I'm sure that'll change when I get my Evo back.

With that giant ass rear bumper, huge bubley flares, gross wing.
Different strokes for different folks.

Re: 2011 Minneapolis Auto Show (HUGE PIXORS!)
We also went this weekend. It was better this year than it has been in a couple years.
Mitsu finally came this year, and had an Evo (last year no mitsu, previous two years no Evo.) But from talking with the guy from brookdale at the show, Mitsu was not going to go but the three local dealers got together and put up the cash to be at the show and supplied the cars. So big props to the local dealers if they see this, I think it was definilty worth your cash, thats a big audience!
Scheides, you should take Anna. Its fun to walk and look at some of the cars you normally wouldn't go look at, as well as sit in some cars and see how they are.

I think its great that Scheides and Suzuki teamed up together to do a reenactment of the barrel roll maneuver from the cruise.

Re: 2011 Minneapolis Auto Show (HUGE PIXORS!)
I ps'd most of them. It sucks because I accidentally was deleting some pictures from dated pictures and deleted some of the Vette and Lexus pictures. I'll post those up from my brother's camera. All around the show was pretty good, I did sit in alot more cars this year than all the other years I've gone but this is probably the first time I've gone since...03.

wow, great pics man. Didn't realize they were so nice, I was just looking at them on my phone last night.
Some of the full body shot pictures make the cars look like little toy cars haha

Re: 2011 Minneapolis Auto Show (HUGE PIXORS!)
I went Saturday, good stuff. One thing to note is there was a huge line for the new STi and no one was giving the Evo X attention. I actually had to argue with a guy that it was an evo, I guess that's what they get for making them look exactly the same as the baseline.

He hadn't gotten to the back yet, but I told him to look at the Turbo Mivec print on the cover and he shutup.

Great pics. I agree Kia and Hyundai seem to be stepping their game up. I'm definately going to consider them when I eventually look into buying a cheap small econo-box gas friendly DD.

The forte koup looks like a cool little car, I heard they are thinking about putting a turbo on it for 2012 (I think that's the year?) and possibly AWD.
