I just traded in my Avenger yesterday. Picked up myself an 01 Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe. Black, grey/black leather interior, 3.0 6g72 with the auto stick option, 94,000 miles, 4 disc cd changer, basically every option. I've been driving it since monday, and I absolutely love it. It is everything my avenger has/is, but about 2x better. More power, much better chassis, better interior, etc.

I'll get some pictures up after work today. I still gotta wash it and detail the interior.

not really aftermarket sucks for this platform, I had mine custom made by map..borla does make a exhaust but it is $$$ and hard to find I believe megan does too. headers I would try a search on club 3 g or 2gstratus.com. not sure if they make them anymore.

Why spend money on a stratus?!? Save up and buy a 1g or something for a fun car.

Bad pictures, I know. Just got done cleaning up the engine bay a bit. It had looked like someone spilled oil everywhere and left it. Wire-wheeled the intake manifold too.

Yeah, I have an Injen SRI. Its SCREAMS when I'm on it, louder than my exhaust. You can ask people here who have been in my car.

For parts, check out Club3G.com (3G Eclipse site) or 2GStratus.org. 95% of parts are interchangable between your Stratus, my Galant, and 3G Eclipses.

You can get a 5 speed with the 4g64 and 6g72, no matter the trim level.

I do want to remove those 4 plastic grills but am not sure how. I'll have to figure it out some day.
