1G Oil Pans

I was under the impression that the NA and turbo oil pans(6bolt) were the same(except the oil return holes). Any I correct or wrong? I bought what I thought was a NA 6bolt pan and had a 10AN bung welded on. Well today I tried to put it on the block and its not right. Im pissed!
