Need a Little Help.

Okay, so for my Writing class we are all suppose to choose a topic to do a research paper and I chose why we should build a local drag track. And I need to get some resources on all the information I need like how to choose the site, all the noise ordinances or what someone has to go through in order to be able build the track. I've found some sources, but I think I'm going to need more. I'm not asking for anyone to go out and do any research for me, but if anyone knows of a site off the top of their head about any information about opening a drag track and don't mind helping me out that would be nice. Thanks in advance if anyone helps me out.

Re: Need a Little Help.

That project is no longer. They abandoned the site in Pine County. Now they're looking for a new site, and a drag track is not in the plans.
