I’m getting a little envious , I just put an offer on a house in Albertville that has a nice 3+ car heated garage.
Now I need to sell or rent my house in Minneapolis, I’m looking at renting out my home for a couple of years than try to sell it again, that is the nerve racking part. Anyway I need a bigger house and I would really like to move before my son starts school. Anyone who has some experience with tenets let know?
