Oh man. That would suck! To have to watch your car burn down after all the work you put into it. Would've been nice to have the fire extinguisher a little ealier, maybe it would've stopped the fire when it was still little.

With about another $15k. That is exactly why I have a fire extinguisher in my car now. After having 3 wires from my O2 sensor melt all the way to the computer makes me nervious not to have one in the car. That is why I rewired my whole car. Now the fues box is where the passenger air bag was.

I should think about keeping a fire extinguisher in my car somewhere also...maybe like the trunk or something.

Yeah, I suspect he didn't insulate the turbo/firewall very well. One good run would generate enough heat to light it up.

Shit I would too. That would suck sooo bad. But in the middle of it the music turns down and the kid or someone says something. what does he say?

Kinda weird, how this morning I had a dream of my car burning just like him. It was at school and all I did was start my car to let it warm up and then came back out a few mins later to find my starting to catch on fire....scary!
