Rochester DSMer checking in.
Sup all? I was told of this site and since I live in Minnesota, i might as well join everyone else. I own a 95 Eclipse GST with 60198 on the odometer. I have had it for about 2 years now, and is currently down due to 6 bolt swap. I have kept it stock outside and in due to funding problems. I'll post some pictures of it later on after i upload them.

Nice car, did you just decide to go with the 6 bolt swap, or did u ruin your 7 bolt. Who's doin the motor swap, you yourself or a business. Money is always an issue when you own a dsm.

My 7bolt decided to eat the rear balance shaft bearing, which in turn chewed up the bottom of 2 of the pistons. It also somehow spun #1 rod bearing at the same time. I have had my 6bolt for since summer time, but becuase of funding and the lack of auto flexplates, it was put on hold. I'm hoping to get my CDL class A license so I dont have to run out of money working on her.

Edit: Jakey : No actually that was like that when i bought the car.
