Rickey isn't able to post right now so I'm posting this for him.

"I hit a drop in the pavement going a little fast. then my car started to make a little rattle at the beginning of acceleration. This went on for like three days or so, then the rattle got louder. Now it does it whenever I'm on the gas. it sounds like there are rocks or something jumping around in there."

Any help would be appreciated.

No, he says it sounds like big rocks, and its below the VC somewhere, he said he pulled off the VC and everything on the head looks like its in palce, I was thinking a loose rocker untill he said that.

Check to see if his timing is still correct. There is a possiblilty he jumped a tooth but thats hard to beleive. If the engine is very sluggish while trying to build and boost and your here knocking that might be the problem... other wise Im not sure.

I kinda wonder if it's just a loose nut on a belt pulley...

My car has the same problem now after fixing my oil leaks. Sounds like CLICK CLlICK CLICK. Seems to be rpm and throttle based for me. Seems to come on around 2000 rpm at low throttle. My knock sensor goes running with it. I see up to 40 counts at times. Any ideas? My head was rebuilt 150 miles ago. Everything looks fine under the cover. Seems like it is coming from the intake cam side.
