I graduated Moble Dynamics- Tempe (now Phoenix) back in 96 and install my way through college. What pay schedual do your run on. Is it just hourly or is it a %of dollar amout installed?

Nice, I hope to be goin to the mobile dynamics school this fall. Best Buy is sending a supervisor from each district down.
Best Buy is paid hourly, non commision.
The install bay is open same hours as the store
Sun 11-7
Mon-Thrus 10-9
Fri-Sat 10-10

We make our own schedules for appointments, take the time needed to get the job done, but same day drops are expected. Decks are so easy these days. Most cars can be done in 30 mins if needed IMO, but they are set up for an hr for appt.
