Looking to purchase a sandblaster, need your input.

I'm looking to buy a sandblaster and I'm not sure what's good and what's not. What should I look for? 10 gallon? 20 gallon? I have a limit of $300 to spend on one. The one I'm looking at is this one:

What do you think? Is it a good buy? Could a cheaper one do the same job?

Are you looking to do really big stuff with it? Cause the one you listed is the kind used for like blasting a car frame. I would prefer the cabinet style one like this:

Wheels, small items, body panels, and maybe subframes. Is that the cabinet itself without the tank?
