Scrap a shell

Who takes DSM shells? and for how much? I have one sitting in my driveway that I need to get rid of. The catch is that I want to keep the tires off of it because they have pretty good tread. So it may need a flat bed. Is there anyway of doing it that way or am I just going to have to part with the tires?

Re: Scrap a shell

I put the shell I had on a car dolly and brought it to the scrap yard. They 'helped' unload it with a front end loader, then while it was off the ground I pulled the wheels/tires off and they drove off with it. Shouldn't be too difficult to keep what you want. Most places dont want the tires anyway.
