Sitting 2009 Nissan Skyline
EDIT - Sorry "SIGHTING" not sitting. I'm tired just got off work.
Just wanted to post there was racing at Carolina Motorsports park this past weekend. And when i was comign through town, I first saw a Ferrari F430 challenge car, another ferrari behind that one, and then taking up the rear was a charcoal looking Skyline... I hurt my neck I wipped around so fast to catch another glimps...
Funny thing too was I was just checking the one out on VIPIMPORTS.com they have for sale. Forgot all about them coming out this year.
Wish I had time to take pictures. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll be at V.I.R. in Dec when I go with my brother to race.

Re: Sitting 2009 Nissan Skyline
So far I've seen a few. Most of the ones I see are red. The best looking one was gun metal.

Re: Sitting 2009 Nissan Skyline
They have just said that the 2010 nissan gtr will not have launch control on it. They dont want to deal with the warranty issues.

Nissan was ghey and decided they would make it so if you use the launch control feature, you void the warranty. "It turns out that disabling the car's VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) too often, in order to use the Launch Control function, meant Nissan wasn't covering the repairs." Apparently buyers have to sign something upon purchasing the car that says if something breaks as a result of disabling VDC, warranty won't cover it. If you ask me, it looks like they knew the tranny put in that car was shatty as a result of trying to finish the car in a rush, and possibly running out of money. It's sad.. EVO tranny's can take more abuse and the car costs half the price. They should have just polished up the R34 and brought it to US shores.
