Presenting: The Mitsu Evo XXVIII
"We're not sure if "Evo" will be in the model name, but Mitsubishi released photos and specifications for its rally car of the future--2025 to be exact. Today, Mitsubishi is calling this concept the MMR25. It's an electric car, because there's no gas in 2025, and uses four in-wheel motors, plus eight supplemental motors for each wheel."

Its ok Brian... Dont think too hard, you might strain your uterus.
Pretty neat idea. Wonder how long it lasts and at what speed. I agree though that we will still have gas. Like thats going anywhere in 11 years...

Accessories will depend on what 2025 looks like--Zombie-infested: flamethrowers; Waterworld: pontoons; Idiocracy: big Playskool-style buttons for stop and go.

If you look close you'll see the dust is actually from a passing 1G making 1000 hp on a 16G.

Yea because your brain and uterus are directly connected right????
thanks for making us all a little dumber jakey.
I don't get where you sit in something like that.
It seems pretty dumb to me that windshields would ever get replaced by 360 degree cameras. Relying on technology is often not the best idea. Just imagine somebody flying down the highway or w/e we'll be driving on in 2025, and the cameras go out. You're then stuck in this machine with no idea where the heck you're going.

Yeah, the whole not having a windshield thing is really ridiculous. What's next, I don't get to drive my car either. It's kinda cool I guess. I can't see myself driving in one. I think that 2025 is a bit early for something this extreme actually being in a practical application.

Re: Presenting: The Mitsu Evo XXVIII
I'm still kinda a youngin (20), but I look back at cars that are 15 years old and compare them to the new cars of today, and there isn't much of a difference except an increase in efficiency. I don't something this extreme coming about in 15 years. I mean come on, the wheels can rotate to cause it to drive sideways? Cameras to see? 8 individual electric motors?
just seems a little extreme to me

Re: Presenting: The Mitsu Evo XXVIII
It's kind of like the cars of the future in the 80's movies, like we'd be flying by now. Turns out we're driving similar cars, just a lot more comfy, powerful and better on gas to boot.

Yea according to movies we would all be tuning our flux capaciters, and going back to the future. These cars are exactly what they say they are, concepts. Granted you never know what kind of technology is being developed around the world, and never know what we could see 15 years from now.
