You're gonna need the MT, the shifter cables, and base, clutch pedal and slave, and hope there is a hole in the firewall for all that stuff lol, and bolt holes too. Oh, and throw away the TCU stuff haha. Dont forget hydrolics, slave, etc.

Re: MT to AT swap, possible yes, but how difficult?
Its the same as putting a manual in an auto. You will need.
Tranny, Tourque Converter, TCU, The shift cable, the interior peices, you will need to cut one hole, and plug 2, you will need the single brake pedal assy, the engine and body harness for the TCU to tranny, or at least you will have to custom fab one, a tranny cooler, and I think that might be it.
For sure the easiest way is to get an auto donor car for the parts. I did have some of the hardware but have since chucked most of it. I still have the TCU tho, and I can give you photos of what hole to cut and where.
Oh I can also get you the plug ends for the TCU as well from the body harness and if I can find them any electrical connectors that may have gone on the auto tranny. PM me if interested in those or any tidbits of knowledge I can give.

You'll need an auto rear end If its on an AWD. You might be able to find someone that want to do a auto to manual swap and just trade parts.

Re: MT to AT swap, possible yes, but how difficult?
Oh I have an auto rear end and axles too. Wont really have them available till after sept 20th tho. But just throwing that out there. Also I reccomend a dremel and carbide cutting bits. they make the job 10x easier. If you have a myspace you can check out my album that I made about my auto to manual swap. At least the controls part of it. Might give you some idea of what you would be up against.

Well ummm I would like to do a AT to MT swap would you be interested in trading parts, and i would probably be able to put up a little cash? I have all the AT parts in a running driving 1ga GSX. You know one of those you scratch my back i scratch yours lol but not in a bad way. Lmk

Re: MT to AT swap, possible yes, but how difficult?
Thats fine i wouldnt be either with work/school/significant other but just to throw it out there. And if i find a good deal on manual parts before you decide to do the swap i could probably just give you my auto parts, when you want them.
