Where can I find out if I'm a registered voter?

I haven't voted yet, last election I didn't. I am going to vote this year.

Anyways, on my tax return I filed this year, I filled out the "register to vote" thing. I am pretty sure I never got anything back. How or where can I find out if I'm registered, and if I am not, where can I go to get setup?
