Water Injection Benefit Mostly Stock Car?

I took my mostly stock 1G to rock falls, managed a best of or 13.6@100mph with a 1.9 60ft (boo). Performance mods are few, 3" turboback, airfilter, MBC, GM maf in suck through. I need to get a fuel pump for sure next, but would water injection allow me to run more boost with stock intercooler/piping and fuel system? I mean yes, it should, but how much more dun dun dun....

Re: Water Injection Benefit Mostly Stock Car?

I know a guy that put it on a v8 car and gained 50 torq and was able to run 92 all of the time instead of 100. That might help you as well as being able to cool the turbo air charge for a bit more boost.

You will be able to run more boost, so if you can make more power with that boost, they I say go for it

Don't use water though, use Methanol or Denatured Alcohol. Water was so 1992....

Re: Water Injection Benefit Mostly Stock Car?

I have a brand new SurFlow pump sitting around, never used. I bought it years ago when i was piecing together a meth injection kit. Lemme know if you want it.
