help my throttle cable

so last night i was driving and the bolt that holds the throttle springs came loose and flung out i have the 2 springs and the plastic thing so i put it back on and got a new nut to day and when i started the car it wasn't idling right the cable is loose is there any way i can tighten it up?

There is an adjustment where the cable bolts to the intake manifold. just losten the two 10mm bolts and take the slack out of the cable. The cable adjustment isnt really for idle though. You might have to adjust your biss screw or check out the ICS.
