Yeah if he paid a billion dollars then he got ripped off. they sure saw him coming. The guy who painted it was prollly like "YOU WANT WHAT?!?!? GLITTER?!?!? umm... yeah ill do it for a billion dollars."

In order for that to ritefully cost a billion dollars, it would have to have about 500 coats of paint, and complete 24 karat gold plated a half inch thick over the entire car. In other words: completly impossible.
