opinions on the 2.7 liter.
I was just wondering what your peoples opinions are about the 2.7 liter? as opposed to the 2.0, 2.1, 2.3, and 2.4?
good, bad, ugly?
Also if anyone has some good info about them, where to find it? How to?
Sorry this was so short I just thought about it and I have to get to class.
I will be on later to post some more.

You're kidding, right? This is the white elephant of the DSM world. On paper, it's possible, in real life, not so much so.

Re: opinions on the 2.7 liter.
I just heard of someone talk about someone who had one. Never knew it wasn't real. I will probably end up building a 2 liter. Go the proven way. I know the 2.4 is proven also. But I dont really care. Plus the 4g63 is more square. woot!

Nevermind, I'm backing out. I found SSAutoChrome is selling some on eBay so I'm going to pick up one from them. They have great specials right now on 2.7s with their tubular manifolds, stage 9 turbos, and stage 5 wastegates.

Totally different architecture. It's probably possible, not as easy as you think though. If you can pull an extra .269xxL of displacement out of a 2.4 6-bolt, you're my hero.
