need to decide to part or fix / sell. Help?

Im picking up a wrecked 1g ( 90 talon AWD turbo). I test drove it sunday and the tranny was amazing.
*It felt like a brand new transmission.
*It didnt pull hard though, I have a feeling the timing might be off a little bit. ( new timing belt was on.)
*The rear passenger quarter / end of door were smashed pretty good but it is fixable.
*The turbo seemed to boost about normal.
*Leather interior
*100k miles on it

I will be giving him 900 dollars for the car and I can go a couple different routes depending on what people think a 90 awd is worth in top running condition and looking good with new paint.

1 - Part the car, the motor should be good ( im checkin compression), tranny is great and everything but the blower motor works.

2- Fix the body damage, paint the car, fix the timing, get a blower motor and fix stupid little things ( filters / fluids / gaskets etc.) Sell the car. What do you figure it would be worth to someone?

3- Keep the chassis, part everything. And build it for my drag car. ( id drop the drive line and upgrade to the 92+ drivetrain with built motor, everything would go).

Ideas, help, advice.. please and thank you.

NOTE : The damage DID NOT effect anything other than cosmetics, still drives as if it wasnt there. Door still shuts.
