We have a few job openings at my company and I thought I might try and help out a fellow DSM'r. The company is in Rogers, up by AJ and Jana. It looks like we are moving into a bigger building soon and that will be on HWY 10 in Ramsey. All are dayshift jobs (either 7-3:30 or 8-5). The one I have a lot of control over is a customer repair guy. We are getting a Dakota that he will drive. Qualifications:

Needs to be very mechanically inclined and fairly smart.

Needs to be good with customers (no swearing and shit).

Having a machinist background or being good at reading blueprints is a big plus.

Probably going to need a decent driving record (sorry Tom! :P )

I am guessing pay would be $14 - $18/hr depending on qualifications. Just a guess. It is a pretty cake job. I am doing it right now, but I am not supposed to be. Basically you will be repairing a computer controlled, corn burning stove. Send a resume to justint@bixbyenergy.com

We also need a R&D machinist. It is mostly manual machines right now, but there is talk of going CNC. No production, all strictly one off stuff that is being tested. This is where I started. $15 - $20/hr depending on qualifications.

We are also looking for a production engineer. Mainly to make jigs for the production line and work on the process flow. Also to help make changes to make the stove better.

And this is a long shot, but we are looking for several more engineers, specifically a combustion engineer. We will be adding 5 engineers very soon.
