Project: 99 Eclipse GST Motor Pull and upgrade
Alright everybody, I'm finally getting the motor pulled out of my 99GST in the next few weeks. I'm bringing it to my uncles at Racing Engineering, where the motor will be stripped down, and many things will be refreshed and replaced as well as upgraded. I'm getting the FP 68HTA turbo already, and am looking for a good list of modifications to do to the motor while it is out. I'm still with the original 7 bolt, and it's at about 107,000 miles.
I would like your opinions on what some good mods and parts to replace are, besides the basics like the timing belt, cams and clutching equipment.
I'm upgrading the turbo, clutch and flywheel for starters...
