MAP now offers in house machine work! Bore / Hone / Resurface / Valve, Guide & Seat
We made a substantial investment at the end of last year that took us one step closer towards our goal of being a one stop performance facility! We are proud to offer in house machine work services for engine blocks including boring, honing, and resurfacing. Cylinder head machine work services include resurfacing, guide and/or seat replacement, and performance valve jobs.
In terms of quality we will settle for nothing but the best. You can rest assured that your block and/or cylinder head will be machined to exacting tolerances and our resurfacing will yield an unbelievable surface finish specifically intended for forced induction applications. Your 4g63 project couldn't be in better hands

Did you adopt John Gosh or just find a deal on all the equipment, say from some place closing or something? And who does the machine work at MAP now?

The machines are from several locations all over the US actually  Elvis, Kyle, and Bob are all capable of performing these tasks (Bob is handling most of the headwork) so it all depends on who we can utilize to ensure the quickest turnaround for our customer

Do you have a hot tank and what RA do you put on the surfaces? (head, Block, ect.)
