I'd love to people to start filling this up with images and testing everything out. Please post up here if you are having any problems working though it.

Every member should be able to create galleries as needed.

I'm probably missing this somewhere, but is there a way to delete just a single picture?

My question, is that I started a gallery for me, but when you go into members gallary's, and click on "H", it doesn't show me. What am I doing wrong?

For the question of deleting a photo, there is an option to check a box in the screen that shows the full image. This box indicates desire to delete the photo. It's under the other info under the pic. Do you not have that option?
