I'm pretty sure I had the most fun driving last night (Wed) in a dsm, than ever before.
So I get off work at around 930 only to walk out to my '91 Talon AWD completely covered in snow. Well I have only had my car (drivable) for about the past 10 days or so and it didnt really snow untill last night. Anyway, I brushed it off and fired it up *lifter tick like a bitch!* drove halfway home and decided to go have a little fun in a nearby parking lot. So I went and did some doughnuts and whatnots, and decided to call up my friend Joe who has a GVR4. I go "dude, want to go allwheeldrivin'?" He meets me there at the lot and nails a huge curb right on the way in lol. After a few more mins of doughnuts we decide its boring and want to go elsewhere. We try and think of other places where we could "rally" around corners and shit, and end up in an industrial park off of HWY 169 and had a blast there. Then I rememberd that there was a new neighborhood being set up over in champlin so we immediately head over there. The roads were a.)smothe paved b.)curbless c.)not to slippery d.)somewhat lit and e.)there was a big wall of snow on each side where the curbs would of been

. So about 4 in of untouched fluff snow, joe and I drove our AWDs back there and found a "circuit" track which was really just a street block with no housing. So i was the leader and we drifted around each of the 4 corners of the block around and around at least 50 times hahaha. Even if you couldnt bring the car back straight or overdrifted and lost control, you could slam into the sides because there were no curbs and a big pile of fluffy snow. all you had to do was watch out for mailboxes, lightpoles, stopsigns, and drain sewers. Man it was just a blast I cant even describe how much fun i had haha. Well thats my story, if anyone around the osseo/maple grove area wants to join us next time it snows just post a new thread or call one of us haha.
