No spark issue still

I have a 90 Talon TSI. I've replaced the Coil Pack, Power Transistor, and Cam Angle Sensor.
Today I bought a brand new battery to get back to testing. My other battery "dissapeared". I love those kind of neighbors
All my dash lights come on, and stay on when the key is on the "on" position
Im NOT sure the ECU light comes on or not, will check later
The ECU is getting power but if PIN 107 reads 12 volts, than pins 102 and 103 read -12 volts. What's with that?
2 of the wires on the Power Transistor read 12 volts when the key is on the "on" position. I believe its the end 2 yellow wires that get power, while the inner 2 dont. Will find out exactly what color wires later.
Any ideas?

Re: No spark issue still

Update:
Yellow and green wire from power transistor has 12 volts with key "on"
Yellow and black wire from power transistor has 12 volts with key "on"
No funny smell from ECU, no signs of capacitor leakage
All dash lights that are red (battery etc, etc) and radiator light, come on, but no ECU light.
Brand new battery held charge over night while plugged in.
So im leaning towards and ECU
