Need Advice on cracking wastegate pipe, suggestions

Ok I'm looking for some sort of flex pipe or slipon piece to keep my wastegate piping welds from cracking. The big bitch is its 1.5" (38mm) and I can't find anything this small. This setup is for a different car entirely so theres nothing aftermarket wise for it. Anyone have any suggestions where to find something like this that I need? Thanks

Go to Checker. I don't think I understand exactly what you have in mind, but try their various diameters of flexible muffler pipes. Hope that helps. I got mine for about $6 for about 2 ft of flex pipe.

First question, why is the WG flexing? I would just weld a brace on the pipe to keep it from flexing.

Well i don't think its flexing just with the vibrations of the engine I'm afraid it will crack. i already went to advance auto and they don't have anything in the 1.5" or 38mm size. I've heard about some type of slip fitting but I don't know how to do that.

The WG should be hard mounted, at least before the WG. It shouldn't be an issue. I guess you could put a flex on afterwards if you have it routed back in. There really isn't a point though as there shouldn't be a flex section in the exhaust anyway (before where the WG would mount back in). It all should be hard mounted.
