weird transmission

i need some help! im having problems with my transmission. its always been pretty hard to shift, but recently it has become almost impossible especially going into first and second. it feels like no matter how far in i push the clutch pedal it never makes the clutch totally disengage. i have a sbr 3500 kit and a shepard built transmission. shifter is stock.
if i had somehow run out of transmission fluid would it do something like this? is there anyway to adjust the clutch pedal?

Re: weird transmission

The transmission fluid should not be your issure. I would guess that you need to adjust your clutch master cylinder. Either that your your system needs to be bled as well as adjusted. If you steal encouter problems you might need a new master cylinder (clutch).

Re: weird transmission

slave cylinder would be a likely culprit too

Re: weird transmission

A stainless steal braded clutch line wouldn’t be bad. But its only good for feel, it wouldn’t disengage your clutch farther.
