Might be getting a new crib
Just put in an offer on this bitchin house
It's got two 2 car garages, one 1 car garage, and a 30x30 shop with vaulted ceiling/heater/hoist.
I'll find out tommarow if he accepts my offer

Re: Might be getting a new crib
Yeah... now hopefully my garage can stop overflowing into my kitchen!
It's located in Cottage Grove and if it goes through I will be throwing a huge ass party this May.

Re: Might be getting a new crib
How much land went with the deal? $232K is rather expensive isn't it?

Re: Might be getting a new crib
Jakey, to give you an idea... Our place will now go for about $140 and thats a townhome, 30 min outside the cities, 1 car garage, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath.

Re: Might be getting a new crib
I know I'm in Iowa but here in Ames and back home in Decorah I've always thought real estate was quite pricey. For example, a nice ranch style home in Ames or Decorah with a decent garage will probably run $150K which is why I thought $232K was rather high but I guess real estate is even higher up there.
