Re: Headgaskets??

My 4g64 headgasket was about $40 with the DSMstyle discount from Mitsu. The 95 4g63t head gasket should be around the same price.

Re: Headgaskets??

When did they start the dsmstyle discount??? I only knew about the dsm club discount. They are right above. Roughly $45 or so. $50 would cover it.

I am running a Cometic HP i got from www.boneheadperformance.com for about $90 shipped. It has built in "o" rings so to speak so you can toss alot of abuse at it.

The stock head gasket has fire rings also. Be careful with the HP's, they actually take TOO much abuse. I am going back to a stocker after melting my head and pistons. A stock HG would have just blown out, but the HP didn't and resulted in much more damage. I like having a "fusible link" in the system.

Re: Headgaskets??

They all offer some sort of a discount but I think some know it by other names. Some know it as the MN DSM discount, I think 1 has it set up as a MN 3S discount, and I think one might even have it set up as something else. I'm not sure but Brokkdale, and Wayzata are the 2 most know for it I think.

Ok, now can you get the mitsubishi 4 layer metal gasket from the dealer? I've never checked.
