Hey Guys, I got my TSi AWD for $500, it was wrecked. It has taken me quite a some time (and alot of money) to get the thing put somewhat back together.
Now it is pretty much back to operational status, it has new tires, act2100, and everything is pretty much stock, it hauls ass, and in its stock form, i have beaten several late 90s stangs....i dont know for sure if they were V8s, there is no emblem on the front bumper, as far as i could tell from my rear view mirrior.
I am in the MN National Guard, and I am a lowly underling E4 so i dont got alot of cash to burn, and right now I am serving out my sentence of 18 months in Iraq, I make random updates to my website to stay in contact with friends and family back home, you are welcome to snoop around there, as you will have to do to see a picture of my car.

I have placed a winning bid for RC550s a sterion FMIC and some "no name" brand (as far as I can tell) adjustable springs, this is for $350...i might be offering a little too much there...
I have also looked around at dsm trader, and I should be able to acquire a SAFC II for around $250
I am also looking for an EvoIII turbo, I think that, in combination with some kind of exhaust upgrade/removal I should have a pretty quick (low 14 second??) ride.
I am also making custom upgrades to the audio system, does anybody know how to make good sounding chaimbers for the rear 6x9s?
Also I would like it if people could guide me on an upgrade path, I am going on 2 weeks of R&R where I hope to buy some things for my car and have a little fun before i get sent back over here....thinking about my car is the only thing that keeps me sane, even if i cant drive it.
Otherwise Im with the rest of you, I dont like most FWD cars, aka hondas, and i would appreciate any comments thanks.
