God i love diesels! You don't even need a huge truck for big numbers, just grab a car and do a little tuning. Just think of a little VW rabbit TORQUE MONSTER....
Why can't there be more diesels here anyway? Stupid american policy or whatever. They're more efficient, last longer, and there's alot more benefits to diesels.

I say one of the main reasons why diesel is not more popular is because of the sterotypes that the diesel engine carries with it from the older engines: loud & excessive smoke, which can easily be proven wrong by checking out any of the newer diesel engines. Granted diesels are more expensive but I would love to own one simply because of the longevity and milage factor. Especially with the presence of biodiesel growing incredibly fast, I definitely think that the presence of diesels on the roadways is going to be expanding. An example of how biodiesel is expanding is that there are funding efforts underway till roughly the end of July for the construction of a biodiesel production facility in Albert Lea.
