aiight heres the problem, my buddy has a 2g 95talon tsi awd. we went to the track today and did some runs and stuff like that. on the way home he began to boost it in 5th gear and it felt like it was hitting fuel cut. then after wards car was missing very badly like it dropped a cyclender. we got the car home took plugs out and number 3 plug was burnt up and it was wet. so we put a new set of plugs in it and started the car and its still running very rough like its missing. as its running as your listening to the engine you keep hereing a clicking and an occasional buzzing sound. does anyone have any idea on what could it be, wires plugs etc fuel injector? thanx

If it sounds as bad as you make it seem then it wouldnt be a bad idea to do a compression test. Also, what kind of liquid was on the spark plug when you pulled it out?

Could be plug wires but they do not usually "just go out." The clicking or buzzing could be the spark grounding itself to the engine possibly. Look late at night in a dark garage. Start the car and examine the wires. You will see little green sparks if there is a whole in the insulation. You would also remove the wire while the car is running and see if it is getting plenty of spark. May want to do a compression test also. Does it throw a CEL?

Also check the timing marks and make sure nothing jumped. I have had that happen after a hard weekend.
