Could be power steering or brake fluid. ITs leaking off the backside of the motor.

My car had the drivers side wheel fall off like 2 weeks ago @ 10mph or less. Power steering was low before so Im not sure Im checking all my fluids and Im going to fill them all and start it/drive around the block and see whats leaking/ or whats low.

Red is power steering, clear is brake/clutch.

:censored: Never mind it doesnt matter. MY car is FUCT! It looks like both power steering and what was little drops of oil, is now a huge puddle. Time to jack it up again... Now there is oil on the pass side of the motor all over the transmission and what looks like behind the turbo. Its all over. :censored:

I think I would be better off just building an entire motor, transmission etc.

I dunno if its a 2G thing but the oil pan gasket blows ass. I've used everything from the Napa rubber one to the orange silicone, black silicone, Mopar grey, and the Mitsu.$30 tube and nothing will seal that shat EXCEPT "THE RIGHT STUFF". It comes in a EZ-Cheese type bottle and is about $15 at Checkers/Napa/Carquest. I have never had a leak after using this stuff.....the only drawback is that its a beiatch to remove anything sealed with this product........not a REAL beiatch ...but definately harder than silicone or factory stuff.

I swear by it now and haven't had ANY leaks on my 2G since.......thats good for a daily driven DSM.

Umm he said its not oil...

Anyway yea my car used to leak at the seal where the rack plugs into the steering shaft. Thats where my car leaked for a bit after we replaced some bushings. It seemed to stop on its own and was never really a big problem. Either fix the leak, which will prolly be right behind the oil pan and above the DP. Look at the steering column from above and see if theres any wetness... Thats prolly were its at.

I had the same thing happen. Was it the passenger side wheel? If it was you might have had the axle pull out of the tranny a little bit. When it happened to me I didn't think I had a problem, but in fact the axel had pulled out enough that the end of the axel after the clip broke off. That piece floated around untill it got caught on the front diff and punch a hole. It was tranny fuild poring out untill the whole tanny siezed. Pull the axel and check the end to see if it broke off.
