My 95 talon
I bought this car from talonfiero a few months ago. I've already raced it, and been having some fun with it. So I figured I'd put up a project thread so I could share the progress with my fellow dsmers.
Comp Throwout bearing in pieces. Replaced it with oem
fp mani and new intercooler piping
cruise delete to clean up engine bay
what the car currently looks like thanks scheides for the photo
for the future
e85 db tune
turn boost as high as the arp studs will hold (30psi)
255 pump w/ boost a pump
rebuild tranny
wideband

Re: My 95 talon
Thanks Jim and Aaron for coming up and reassuring me it wasn't a spun bearing! And sorry for the crazy knocking sounds that made you wanna puke. (I had the wrong file loaded on link). So I got the trans back out, and it looks like two flywheel bolts backed out. Prolly the cause of the crazy vibration on decel. So I ordered a act 6 puck and it will be here wed. just in time for the cookout.

Re: My 95 talon
98, I wouldn't have been so quick to think it was the 6 puck. My FW bolts backed out on a street disc... But it's your car, just make sure you locktite the fuck out of the bolts this time.

i'm replacing the disc cause it's worn and some of the springs are damaged. Also I'm putting in an act 6 puck, so I relize that's not why they backed out, more than likely I over revved the motor.
