Ok lately ive run into some big money issues so ive decided i might sell my car... its very hard to say that but i might try to sell it for $15K and then i would like to get a 1g and a rocket. i figure i would save a shit load in car payments and insurence and be able to pay off some people i owe money to (enes and a couple others)
so therefor im looking for a 1g 93 or 94 awd for under 4k, if it has mods thats ok. (actually prefer it) as for the bike, im looking for a CBR or a YZF

Good luck on that price Tom. Do you know book value on your car is only about 9K?
Hate to break it to you, but you're as fucked as I am.

Oh, and aftermarket parts will only get you so far. UNLESS, you can get lucky and find just the right buyer.

i cant go too lower then 15 because thats how much i owe on it, but with only 4000 miles on the motor i feel that that is a pretty decent price. if anyones interested in buying it, gimme a call @ 651-276-6256 and we will go for a test drive

The only real problem with asking for that much for you car Tom is that it would be really hard for someone to get a loan for it. They would basically have to have most of the money in cash to be able to buy it. The reason being is most banks will only give you 80% or book value for a used car loan. Cars depreciate so fast that you sometimes end up oweing more than the car is worth and that my friend is what makes buying/owning a car is almost the worst investment you can make. If I were you I would just hang onto it, or make some huge payments to get your loan knocked down a bunch and then try to sell it.

Well Tom, it finally happened, you made a good decision. Hopefully there will be someone out there to buy that thing so you can step up to a 1G. Good luck on it!

LOL, I completely missed you even asking that.
Did you try CarSoup, the classified section here, Autotrader, BikeTrader (or whatever it's called)?

Car Soup does bikes now too. Otherwise I would check out biketrader.com My buddy just got a steel on a used 04 R1
I didnt want to buy a Jap made bike because everyone has them. I ended up looking at diffrent makes and decided on a Triumph TT600 (Made in England)
