just when you thought you have seen everything...

You see something like this!
http://madison.craigslist.org/cto/1938662222.html
(pics in here^^)

"1990 Eagle Talon, was front wheel drive non-turbo car, now rear wheel drive. Powered by a 2001 Chevy 4.3 (it has roller rockers, a 4bbl intake, headers were added). GM TH-350 3 spd auto transmission with a 1900 rpm stall torque converter. Manual steering, but not difficult to turn. Ford 8.8" rear axle with traction lock differential. Currently it has 2.73 gears for highway driving. Front suspension is OEM struts with circle track lower control arms, a Mustang II rack and pinion and custom front subframe. Rear suspension is AMC Gremlin leaf springs, custom crossmember, staggered primary shocks and quad shocks. Has a 8 gallon fuel cell, range is about 180-200 miles. Battery and cut-off switch in the trunk area. All the factory gauges work except for fuel gauge- no sender in the fuel cell. I built it all myself and drove it the entire way of the Hot Rod Power Tour this year (8 days, 10 states, 2980 miles) and it drives very good, you can take your hands off the wheel on the freeway- it goes straight. I have put about 7500 miles on it this summer. No problem jumping in and driving 1000 miles in a day- I have done it in this car. ***There is more than enough room for a small block chevy if the buyer wants to put it in!*** (A small block chevy would require a hole cut in the hood and heavier front springs.) It weighs 2808 lbs as measured at Alter Metal Recycling. I am selling this car to make room for a new car to build for next year's Power Tour. Please reply to the the address above for more info. Serious inquiries please!! Put "Talon" in the subject line to prove you're not a spammer. "

May be a repost, but thought Id share this with the dsm community lol.
