Ok i need to get insurence for my car by may 5th and i was looking for the best rate. anyone know where the best rates are for high risk full coverage?

Go to(or call) one of the independent INSURANCE agents, such as Prokop or All Star.They handle many different companies and can quickly find the best rate between the companies.
