Transfer case recall anyone?

So I went to change out the fluid in the transfer case of my 93 talon tsi. First thing I notice is that its leaking from somewhere on the body of the TC. Second thing I notice when I drain it, is that there are a shit ton of metal shavings in it. The plug was absolutely full of metal shavings, and some even came out when draining it initially. I had suspected there was a problem with it, as there is a noticeable whine while in motion coming from what I guessed to be the TC.

Sooo... what dealership around here should I go to, that won't hassle me? This thing is still covered under recall, correct?

Cliffs notes: Need transfer case recall done. This still being done? Where do I go for it?
