State tax id look up for taxes? Cant find my w2.

I found a site that gives a free lookup for the federal EIN. Now I need to find the 7 digit state tax id number an employer last year.

I cant find my w2, I think it was mailed to my old address.

Anyone have any advice. I would like to get this e-filed since I have all of my other documents finally.
