Job Description
Provide desktop support t executive management for desktop computers, peripherals, telephony, networking, wireless, and remote connectivity solutions. Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, peripherals and applications consistent with IT standards and processes. Respond to user issues in a timely and effective manner.
Provide innovative solutions and proactively solicit feedback to enhance executive management productivity performance. Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems. Utilize multiple resources in researching solutions.
Deal with concepts and complexity comfortably and simplify complex problems. Communicate IT issues and resolutions to executive management in a concise simplified manner.
Coordinated issues and solutions with immediate team, other IT support personnel, and users. Build and maintain key business relationships with executive management, Division/Group leaders and within IT.
Work flexible schedules (off hours, alternate start/stop to match time zones, etc.) to support executive management business requirements and critical business efforts.
Experience
3-5 years desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
1-3 years networking and server experience.
Education
Bachelors
