14b or t25

My question is which one is better? a 14b or a 2nd Gen. t25 turbo? my turbo isn't spooling and might be needing a rebuild, in the meantime my friend has offer a brand new t25 turbo for free to me, my question is, what's the difference (power wise, fittments, measurements, etc)? will it be compatible with a 1g and will it be worth while to have in the car? my setup is pretty much stock right now. thanks.

Re: 14b or t25

Um...get a 14b rebuild kit. Do not downgrade to a t2small. That thing is crap. Thats why the 2g guys upgrade to the 14b or 16g....

No.. no. T25 should not have even been made; hair dryer's are bigger and flow more air. Nothing below a 14b. There were a couple of 16g's for sale in the classifieds, pick one of those bad boys up.

Yea, T25 is teh ghey, don't even think about it. Take the opportunity to upgrade since you're taking it apart; you can get a MHI Evo3 16G for like $450 now, that's a steel!
