Not new, but still a noob!

I don't think I have ever really introduced myself to the site. My name's Xeing, and I own a 95 GSX. In about 2 months, I will be done with a business bachelors of administration degree in Accounting and another one with Finance (Double Major) and was just recently offered an auditor position!
I'll probably take my CPA in the near future and head for my masters as well.

So now that i'm soon to not do 19 creds or more each semester as how the past four years have been, and will finally have money, I'm hoping to do more and learn more about my car.

Car is basically stock since I bought it like 3-4 years ago. I've learned some minor stuff here n there as I've read this site. But, I am still a big rookie to the DSM scene. I've met like 3 guys once at Wendy's on university last summer.

Knowing that my car may break or crankwalk in the near future, I hope to find a nice car to rely on as well. Maybe a Civic for gas purposes and daily driving or maybe get something nice to cruise in. (The Lexus IS 250 / 350 has caught my eye for awhile lol.)

That would be terrible, I don't know how you could handle 4 years of 19+ credit semesters.

Re: Not new, but still a noob!

The reason why I had to hit 19 credits was for the CPA (Certified Public Accountants) requirements of 150+credits graduating. I'm hoping to come to the Applebee's meets one of these days its just that school is kickin me ass so far.

It's a lot of credits, but to do it in accounting is amazing to me. I hate finances, hence why I'm fighting to get my Managerial Accounting to transfer in for Accounting for Managers (gaybar situation). Where are you getting your degree?

Re: Not new, but still a noob!

Thanks everyone. I never really imagined going into the accounting career. I was always more into profit projections, and investments. Also, I meant all credit totals equals 150+ credits including accounting / finance credits. Not all accounting lol. Only like 30-40 credits of accounting total, which is basically 2-3 accounting courses per semester. Accounting in general is somewhat easy. Being just good in math is not enough for accounting tho. In math, numbers and equations are presented to you. In accounting, you find these numbers and figure out where it actually goes. But, I wish I studied to learn and remember. Majority of it is studying to pass lol.

I'm just happy i'm almost done with school and am set to live the college dream of having a great job, and spending the rest of my days watching TV (I don't know anything except American Idol. That show sucks.), messing with my car, or doing whatever.

Hopin to pop in my T-28, Fuel stuff, get / put in a FMIC, put in my exhaust system, do my 97-99 conversion, tune it at one of the sponsors, and then do all the random stuff to make the car feel / look nicer. Hopefully the engine doesn't crankwalk or blow soon, but if it does. I guess that just means its time to put in a 6 bolt.

Re: Not new, but still a noob!

Hey man, nice introduction, I never did mine... probably should sometime. But most people know me here now. Glad to see you modding your car, I wish I had gotten to do that with mine.

Nice job on the school too, school was never for me so the 19 credit thing blows my mind.

I think I might have been one of the people you met at Wendys last year, but I'm not sure. I can barely remember peoples names in real life, keeping track of that AND forum handles.... shit I'm lucky I remember my own name.
