Ames/Dubuque DSMer

Hey fellas, I haven't been on this forum in about two years i just wanted to see if there was anyone else from either Dubuque or Ames on here. I live in dubuque but during the school year i'm working on my M.E. degree at Iowa State in Ames. Anyone else with a dsm around either city?

I am from Decorah but am a senior in the agricultural engineering program here at Iowa State. My '92 Laser, like most DSMs, sits at home on blocks.

gstauni - my car is a 92 tsi awd with some of the basic mods: fmic, mbc, safc, maft and 3" gm maf, 3" RNR turbo-back exhaust, custom 02 dump, sbr 3500 clutch kit, symbroski shift bushings...

jakey - yea there aren't that many hot chicks around these parts, especially if you're an engineer, i have about 5 girls in all of my classes combined and they aren't anything to brag about.

What are you crying about. Minneapolis is rated 1st or 2nd worst city in America to be single, it was on the news.

2 out of 3 corn fed. Those are some really cheap dates. Most of Iowa is corn, think of all the free food down there you could feed them instead of dropping $20-40 per meal.

1 out of 6 are not single, meaning 5 out of 6 are... thats over 80% single rate. those are some good odds.

Plus Iowa has all kinds of space to have parties and get silly drunk and pass out. .... oh yes the good times......
