Yes I made the mistake of going with a higher pressure radiator cap

. I made several high speed passes and drove about 20 miles and then bam the temp needle is spiked. Right now it warms up fine no heat in the cabin, if I watch the radiator fill hole after it warms up about every 2 seconds coolant gurgles up. I've checked compression 150 across the board, clogged radiator, replaced the thermostat, pressure tested the system 16 psi for at least 20 minutes no leaks. The only thing I have left is the water pump. Is it possible for it to be bad with out showing the major signs (no play, not leaking) I don't want to tear into it if there is the slim possiblity that it is some thing else, it's not a fun job and I've recently replaced my timing belt. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
