Towing a DSM with a DSM

I need to Tow Project2gs car to my house, no highways or anything just gonna take it easy down the side streets.
Where is the best spot to hook the tow strap to my car?

There isn't really a good spot on the back. Bottom of the bumper is going to be the only thing I can really think of.

Good luck with the boost, dont toast the turbo. DSM's have a unibody frame, which cant take much stress from towing. My best opinion, use someone's v-6/v-8 truck. Not sure how far your towing the car, but it's better to not have to burn the clutch alot, the brakes, and rotors after the tow. I have a truck i could do it for you.

I have an SCM61, Im not even gonna be able to hit boost.
Unless your planning on driving a truck to cali for a simple tow. i would refrase your statement.

No, I just hate having to get out my decoder ring to try and decipher your posts. It gives me a headache. I could care less what nationality you are as long as you can post a decent sentence. I am not talking perfection or anything, just something legible.

Agreed, but let those who know what they are talking about answer this simple question.

Yes, you can easily tow another DSM. The weak point would be your clutch and everybody has upgraded that, so no worries. I've towed dozens of cars with everything under the sun, you don't need a truck to pull a 3000lb car. Hell, I push them back and forth up and down a small hill at my shop and I'm not exactly a big guy.

This should be an experience! I will take a pic. Knowing the cops around here I might get pulled over for tailgating!

FYI: The distance we need to go is 17 miles.

Wow, 17 miles? That is quite a ways. Are there many stop lights? Starting out is when it will be hard on things.
