When I was reading that description I just could not believe the claims that guy was making!

I lived in Japan in the late 80's and thru the 90's I saw it for the first time in '90. Since I couldn't read the Japanese on the packaging I really didn't know what it was to do but whistle in your exhaust. So like the dumb foreigner I bought one for about 5 bucks. Looked at the diagram and installed it in the exhaust tip of my HKS exhaust on my '84 Skyline R30 GT. It's already turbo! I stepped on the gas in the parkling lot after I put it on. I heard a vroom!! with some Whistling sound! Loud as heck. Then I stepped on it again and heard vroom whistle pop zing! The inline six blew it completely out of the exhaust and sent it flying across the street to never be seen again. I leaned about rice and junk then.
