you dont need to midify them at all, ive seen a few of these for sale, rubber wheel in front with plastic in the back.

they are setup half bike half trik so you dont have to keep peddling

check out giant bikes in st loius park,

But yeah, we definitely need a hill like that. Would allow for some Jay Cooke action more often, too.
