Alright so I was raising my car yesterday and noticed a nice sized rust spot inside the rear driver side wheel well.. and when I barely touched it, it became a hole
I've temporarily covered it with tape to prevent more rust from getting inside to the body. So I have two questions: what is that black stuff in the wheel wells, fiberglass? and how shall I go about repairing it, or should I just take it somewhere. If I do it myself I was assuming I'd take out the remaining rust, put some mesh down on it, spray the rust to primer stuff and bondo it, would that work? Car is a 97 GSX.
