I went to a gun range yesterday and was shooting my friends' guns. Kimber 45 semi-auto w/ laser sight, a 9mm semi-auto, and a 5-shot 45 revolver.

Time for me to start gun shopping...what's a nice basic handgun to get? I'll say it's for home protection. I like the idea of a semi-auto rather than a revolver. I'm not too sure what caliber I want...something Janelle can handle too.
